Then, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your purchase. - Do I need to create an account to purchase from MyDDesign?
No, you don't need to create an account. You can checkout as a guest, but we recommend registering to track your orders and access exclusive offers. - What payment methods do you accept?

Questions about shipping
- How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs within Spain are free, outside of Spain it depends on your location and the size of your order. During the checkout process, you will be able to see the exact cost before completing the purchase. - How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Shipments usually take 6-10 business days to arrive. The exact time will depend on your location. - Do you offer international shipping?
No, we currently only ship domestically. - Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track it. - What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives in poor condition or is not what you ordered, contact us within the first 7 days after receiving it, and we will resolve it quickly.

- What is MyDDesign's return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition. - Can I exchange one product for another?

Who covers the shipping costs in case of return?
If the error was ours (incorrect or defective product), we will cover the return costs. In other cases, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. - How long do I have to return a product?
